Means Advertising provides design for SAVE OUR SHORES Volunteer effort on Gulf Coast.
Means Advertising was asked by the OILED WILDLIFE RESCUE VOLUNTEERS of Point Clear, Alabama to provide a logo to be used on aprons and t-shirts for the volunteers who are fabricating hair booms to protect shorelines and wetlands from oil spills. Kim Graham Smith produced the design that features a pelican and sea
turtle illustration.
The organization is entirely volunteer - no paid staff - and is supported
by the members and contributions from industry and the public.
Pictured is Amanda Richardson Bacon, the founder of
Save Our Shores.
Hanes Hosiery donated over 65,000 panty hose to their efforts.
